Ep 252 Health Care and Dan's Trip to the Basement

I didn't want to make it morbid nor overly jocular so I asked Jeff to ask me a few questions about what recently led me to check into to a psychiatric hospital.  Until we recorded this I hadn't really spoken about the event to anyone.  So, as I process my recent trip through the health care system, please understand that it is all still pretty fresh.  But I'll be damned if we don't leave any stone unturned in plumping the depths of relative human misery via my own life.   The broad topic of this show (and a few to come) is health care reform, but more importantly it is about how people of faith can act courageously and charitably amidst the death and darkness that sometimes surrounds us.  It's a long show.  Break it into bits if you want.  Or go here: CUTE SLEEPY ANIMALS!!!.

Seriously. Did you click? I'll give you a few.

Hahahaha. right? All I did was put "cute sleep animals" into the search box. It's a long show. The longest ever. Hooray.

On the show we reference stuff that should have links... but I can't remember many right now. I'll get on it ASAP.  But, here is that picture of the scribbles I made in the yard on the hospital radio.
